I was disappointed when I opened the box. A bunch of the pieces were already bent or starting to peel, and a few didn’t fit together cleanly at all. It was frustrating for a brand new puzzle. I was also a little confused because the email made it sound like everything was all good, but what showed up was definitely not that.

I was a little worried because I needed this to arrive in good shape and felt kind of pressured about it, but the box showed up looking neat with no dents or busted corners.

The image on the puzzle was really nice, but the actual cuts were sloppy. A bunch of pieces were stuck together, and a few seemed to fit in places they definitely shouldn’t have, which made the whole thing frustrating. I also kind of felt like just another ticket number when trying to deal with it, not like anyone was really looking into the issue

I really do like the puzzles, and that’s what kept me browsing, but the website itself felt kind of clunky to use. Some pages loaded slower than I expected, and the filters didn’t always seem to narrow things down the way I thought they would. I was wondering if other people had the same issue or if it was just me.

The cart was probably the most frustrating part. I had to keep going back to double-check what I’d actually added because it wasn’t super obvious, and I didn’t want to accidentally order the wrong thing. I usually rely on other shoppers’ feedback for stuff like this, so I was curious whether anyone else found the cart a little confusing too.

Checkout did work in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it took more clicking around than it should have. I’d still consider ordering again because the puzzles are good, but I’d feel better if the site were smoother and a bit easier to follow

I was hoping for more variety, but it feels like the same old puzzle choices keep coming back. After a while it gets stale. It also gives me the impression they’re more focused on squeezing money out of people than actually adding fresh content.

But the shipping cost was higher than I expected and made the total feel a little ridiculous. Because apparently getting puzzles to my door requires funding a small expedition. Overall, I felt good about how they handled it

I ordered a puzzle and ended up having an issue with the pieces. I figured getting a replacement would be simple, but the policy felt strict, maybe unnecessarily so. It’s frustrating to pay for something and then feel like you have to prove everything and jump through a bunch of steps just to get it fixed. Customer service didn’t really make the process smoother either. I usually enjoy puzzles, but this experience left a bad impression. I’m not saying I’d never order again, but i probably wouldn’t

The prices were fair, and the sales definitely made a big difference. I’m glad I ordered, but I do kind of wish the shipping had been quicker because that part took away from the experience a bit...

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the pieces were. There was hardly any puzzle dust in the box, which I really appreciate because I usually end up wiping down the table afterward. Not a huge thing, but it makes the whole puzzle feel a little nicer to start. Also, unrelated, but I was doing this with a cup of coffee nearby and was very glad there wasn’t dust floating around everywhere.

Ordering was straightforward and checkout didn’t give me any trouble. I did kind of get the feeling things were moving a little slower than expected, especially since the shipping updates came in later than I would’ve liked. Overall it went fine, just not super quick.

I got a small discount code, which was nice, but the sales wasn’t really that impressive. By the time shipping got added, it kind of eat up most of the savings for me.

I’m not trying to be overly picky, but the pieces fit way too loosely for me. They kept lifting up and sliding around, and a few even seemed like they could fit where they didn’t actually belong. I know puzzles aren’t always perfect, but this one took the fun out of it.

This brought back some nice old memories for me. I kind of expected the puzzle quality to be a bit hit or miss, and that was pretty much the case. It was still enjoyable overall, just not perfect.

I assumed these would be a little cheaper at first, but the puzzles were actually good and kept me entertained. Overall, the value was okay, just a bit on the pricey side for what you get.

Finished my White Mountain puzzle and had a great time. Pieces fit well. The image was fun without being too easy.
It took a few evenings. Kinda perfect. I was a little bummed when it was done. I’d buy another.

The puzzle looked really nice and I was enjoying it at first, but when I got near the end, I realized there were 2 pieces missing?! After spending all that time on it, that was so frustrating. I checked the floor, the box, everything like 10 times, and nope, they just weren’t there. Not sure I’d order another one unless they get that sorted out...
